About Jean-Philippe Sarther

Jean-Philippe Sarther is a French finance executive with over 25 years of leadership experience. He holds a Master's in Economy & Business from the University of Lille, a Master's in Finance from Panthéon-Assas University (Paris), and completed the International Directors Programme at INSEAD.

Throughout his career, Jean-Philippe has successfully acted as Group CFO and Executive Director across six market-leading companies in EMEA, operating in public listed, founder-led, and private equity–backed environments.

His achievements include preparing three companies for IPO (Axiom Telecom, GEMS Education, Tristar Group) and leading complex transformation and restructuring programs, including the turnaround of NMC Healthcare.
